Light duty conveyor belts such as PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride), PU (Polyurethane), TPU ( Thermoplastic Polyurethane)and Solid Woven, are typically used in applications where the material being transported is lighter in weight and in less harsh environment compared with heavy duty belts.

Common applications are in food processing, packaging and logistics, electronics manufacturing, courier and postal service, airport baggage handling.

Their key benefits are:

  • Light weight
  • Hygienic
  • Durable
  • Chemical Resistant
  • Low friction

Quality Belt. Unmatched Service. One-stop Solution.

PVC Belt

PVC belt with profile is suitable for carrying material at an incline, the pattern on top creates increased grip to prevent material from slipping.

The flat ones, smooth or matt surface, is ideal for non-inclined application, where no additional friction is required.

PU Belt

Made of tougher PU (polyurethane) material, PU belt’s key advantage over PVC is superior wear resistance, oil and chemical resistance and extended longevity.

Its flat and smooth surface makes it easier to clean and sanitize, ideal for food and pharmaceutical applications.

*Bottom cover can be PU/Textile/Metal Plate

TPU Belt

TPU belt is thermoplastic polyurethane. I It can be re-shaped after cured.

The unique extruding technique gives the belt uniform property.

It has even superior oil, chemical and bacteria resistance than PU or PVC belt.

Ideal for food processing lines.

*Aramid cord can be added on request for flat conveying

Solid Woven Belt

Solid Woven belt has a single-pile carcass,. It’s specially weaved by polyester and polyamide fiber into a solid and dense fabric, then covered by rubber layer, making it tough and resistant to impact and abrasion.

Solid woven is also used in underground mining operation, as it can have anti-static and fire-resistant quality.

Types available from PVK120 to PVK450, to suit different application requirements.

Flat or crescent surface, different color on request.
