MoSi2 Heating Elements
MoSi2 (molybdenum disilicide) heating elements are made from a combination of molybdenum and silicon, a dense cermet material known for its ability to withstand ultra high temperatures, typically up to around 1850°C (3362°F), making
them ideal for use in electric heated high-temperature furnaces and kilns.
Element temperature from 1700°C to 1850°C.
